Wharf Street Landing is a mixed-use residential community with private ownership residences, a restaurant/pub and retail spaces at Langley’s marina on Whidbey Island, Washington. It will anchor the renaissance of Langley’s once an active, commercial marina. This private development is undertaken in cooperation with the Port of South Whidbey’s plans to expand the small boat harbor and the City of Langley’s efforts to build a funicular to connect the marina with with the main part of its village 80 feet above the waterfront.
